My Approach
I take a humanistic approach with clients. Through listening deeply, I get you, your experience and perceptions, leaving out my own thoughts, feelings, and interpretations so I can better understand your reality; how life is for you.
I take a stand in support of you — being there for you through non-judgment, empathy, compassion, and understanding. I am present and bring all of my knowledge and experience in helping you gain awareness and undergo profound shifts in the way you think, feel, act and find meaning in your relationships and your life.
I’m collaborative, experiential, and directive. I do not analyze, chitchat, or take notes. I provide answers to difficult questions and serve as a guide through the process of healing and helping you uncover who you really are. And when we’re done, you’ll part with clarity, tools, and new perspectives to lead an empowered, fulfilling, and authentic life.
My Services
In weekly sessions, we’ll focus on many areas of life: grief, anger, frustration, depression, identity, resentments, relationship problems, sexuality, sexual identity/orientation, everyday stress, communication skills, parenting, lack of motivation, job dissatisfaction, fears, anxiety and dissatisfaction with life, to name a few.
Change happens by means of: healing the past, trying on new beliefs, owning your story, learning to communicate, increasing self-esteem, developing social skills, creating healthy boundaries, healing from break-ups, choosing healthy relationships, practicing vulnerability, co-parent team building, discovering your passions, reinventing yourself, choosing satisfying careers, discovering who you are, knowing your value and worth and living from a place of: I Am Enough.
